Post: Quality and Risk Admin Support

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Hours: 37 hours per week

Accountable to: Head of Quality and Risk

Base: Newfield House, Vicarage Lane, Blackpool, FY4 4EW

Overview Of Role

We’re on the lookout for a proactive admin support to join our Quality and Risk team to support operational delivery and compliance. This is a role that will be responsible for providing onboarding focussed administration support across FCMS, safeguarding the integrity of our processes by validating details such as identity, right‑to‑work and registration checks (plus more), maintaining precise records across all systems, ensuring a smooth, professional and compliant experience for our clinicians as required. Additional administrative duties will extend to support other functions managed by the Quality and Risk Department. You’ll play a key part in embedding our culture within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Day To Day Duties
  • Handle enquiries by email, post or in person and signpost as needed.
  • Scheduling meetings, producing agendas, minutes of meetings.
  • Creating and maintaining documents and databases (including SharePoint, Excel and other systems).
  • Undertake clinician compliance checks daily.
  • Maintain company fleet tracker, ensuring vehicle compliance.
  • Provide ad‑hoc reception cover, creating a warm and professional first impression.
  • Quality and Risk general administrative support.
  • Undertake any other ad‑hoc general duties as required.
  • Manual handling duties on occasion will be required.
  • Driving fleet vehicles on occasion will be required (Full UK drivers licence required subject to insurance requirements).
