A cultural organization located in Kirkcaldy is looking for an Administration Assistant to provide clerical and operational support. The role involves managing inquiries, utilizing Oracle and Excel for various tasks, and ensuring effective communication. This is a hybrid position requiring 14.4 hours of work per week. We havea great opportunitywithin the Corporate Services team for someone ready to embrace a new challenge as an Administration Assistant.
As Administration Assistant, you will closely communicate and work with the administrative team to provide clerical, administrative and operational support for the Trust, using Oraclepurchasingand ASH invoicing systems,Excel for data entry and reports,reception tasks, dealing with public and staff enquiries and requests etc. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth,effectiveandtimelycommunication while dealing with the tasks.
This post is for 14.4 hours per week with Friday morning being arequirement,the remaining hours are open to discussion.

You will have excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and as a part of a small team.
