About the Role

The Discovery Academy is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to provide support to an extremely busy and challenging Academy Reception/Office. The role requires a calm, flexible, highly organised, and able to prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities
  • Administer First Aid duties; training will be provided.
  • Support reception and office operations and workflow management.
  • Use Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, to prepare documents and reports.
  • Assist with customer service and interaction with staff, students, and members of the public.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Microsoft Office is desirable.
  • Customer service skills and knowledge of Arbour would be highly beneficial.
  • Excellent spoken English is essential; applicants must be able to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English.
  • Ability to work calmly and flexibly in a busy and challenging environment.
