Administration Assistant

Location: Winchester / Alresford | Salary: £24,800‑£25,000 DOE

We’re delighted to partner with an established and rapidly growing professional services firm to find a confident Administration Assistant for their Alresford office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, ambitious business at a truly exciting stage of expansion.

What you’ll be doing
  • Preparing new client files and supporting smooth onboarding processes
  • Managing client identification and checks using DocuSign and other digital systems
  • Ensuring all documentation is complete, compliant and accurately stored
  • Handling incoming phone calls with professionalism, taking clear messages and directing queries
  • Welcoming clients and visitors, creating a warm and professional front‑of‑house experience
  • Opening, scanning and distributing daily post, and preparing outgoing mail
  • Filing documents accurately within the case management system
  • Providing flexible admin support to lawyers and the wider team
  • Assisting with office supplies, stationery and ad‑hoc tasks to keep the office running seamlessly

Please note: travel between two local offices will be required, so access to your own transport is essential.

What you’ll bring

  • Previous admin experience (professional services experience is a bonus, but not essential)
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • A willingness to learn – full training on systems and processes will be provided
