THE EMPLOYER IS: RAINBOW CHILD AND FAMILY CENTRETo work along with the team to help maintain the administrative procedures throughout the centre to a high standard.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with general administration duties in the office.
  • Answer calls in a professional manner, dealing with enquiries, accurately recording and relaying telephone messages to necessary departments.
  • Photocopy documents.
  • Print, laminate and help with general displays for playrooms.
  • Deal with confidential information.
  • Maintain organised filing systems and office supplies.
  • Enter data on to database or Microsoft Office.
  • Help maintain a social media presence for the organisation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our new and existing clients.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Any other administrative tasks requested by management.
Skills and Qualifications
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C / Level 4 or above.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with invoicing or basic bookkeeping (advantageous).

JobStart Opportunity – Working Hours Information – Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
