We have a fantastic opportunityto join the Motor team as an Administration Assistant.

As an Administration Assistant, you’ll provide valuable co-ordination to a variety of clients within our motor department. The main duties will be the set up administration, recording and updating records of claims on a daily basis, so you’ll already be experienced in diarising activities, collating information and accurate record keeping. Additionally, the role involves the daily additions to each live claims record, which requires regular checks of e‑mails, post and other relevant information to be attached, so it’s imperative you’ll be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise urgent requests or complaints if they arise. Excellent excel skills will also be required for the update of any centralised information. There will also be occasions where telephone support is required. It’s an exciting and rewarding role with scope within a motivated and friendly team, coupled with the opportunity to progress into the claims arena for the right person.

  • Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills, always meeting deadlines
