A recruitment agency in Conwy is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide front of house and telephony support across two sites. The successful candidate must ensure compliance with internal policies and provide an efficient service, ideally possessing experience in reception duties and understanding of Data Protection regulations. This is a temporary role paying £12.65 per hour.

Administrative Assistant needed in Conwy

The rate is £12.65ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The reference number is: OR15321

The successful candidate will provide front of house/ reception/ telephony support across 2 sites. They will support the screening/ transfer and signposting of incoming disability related calls for both Social Care and BCULHB Learning Disability

The post holder will ensure policies and procedures are followed in compliance with Data Protection and internal processes in line with statutory timescales, to meet set objectives to provide a high quality, efficient and effective service, whilst ensuring the organisational core values, departmental policies and objectives are adhered to.
