A charitable educational institution in Alton is seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to support the Residential team. The role involves managing office tasks, documentation for inspections, and maintaining staff records. Ideal candidates will have administration experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. We are looking for a motivated and well‑organised Administration Assistant to join our Residential team. In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for providing high quality day‑to‑day administration support to one of the Residential houses.
You’ll work closely with the Residential Manager and other teams across the organisation, helping to keep systems up to date, maintaining accurate records, and supporting with reports, staff information, and general office administration.
You’ll have previous administration experience, strong organisation and communication skills, great attention to detail, and a proactive approach. You’ll have a good standard of general education and be confident using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably Office 0365), and databases.
