Grade: ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (LEVEL 2)

Hours: 15 hours per week

Salary: NJC 5

Required as soon as possible for 15 hours per week during term time. Hours are to be worked over five days, 8.30 to 11.30 daily.

You will be an enthusiastic person, providing a welcoming first point of contact for all visitors to the school and assisting in the running of the busy school office. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Visits to the school are encouraged and can be arranged by calling 0161 796 0476 or emailing hollinsgrundy@bury.gov.uk.

There will be an expectation that the successful candidate will also perform an additional role as a Welfare Assistant to support our pupils at lunchtimes.

Closing date for applications is 12.00 noon on Monday 12 January 2026, with interviews being held on Thursday 22 January 2026.
