A leading employment agency is seeking an Admin Officer with minute taking skills in Bristol. This role requires in-person attendance at child protection conferences, where you will take notes and manage sensitive information. You will also compile reports and update the LCS database. Confidentiality is critical as the role involves handling potentially distressing content. Candidates must be prepared for travel and should have a strong background in administration and note-taking.

The role requires in-person attendance at child protection conferences (approx 3/4 per week) at various Bristol offices around the city (so travel is required via car, bus, bike, escooter etc). Other work duties can be completed in the office (City Hall) or at home
The BSO is required to take notes in person at child protection conferences (usually two hours long) around the city. Typing up notes, inputting conference outcomes into LCS database and sending follow up reports/letters to families and professionals.
Please note due to the sensitivity of the work area, confidentiality is essential and some conferences may contain distressing content.
