Full Time Admin Support Receptionist based at Avenue House, Nuneaton. Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a comprehensive understanding and experience of working on a busy reception to join our admin team based at Avenue House, Nuneaton.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the provision of an effective administrative service across all services in the building, to support the clinical functions of the Trust.
- Work in conjunction with colleagues, service users and stakeholders to provide an efficient clerical support service.
- Provide a high standard of customer care in all telephone and reception responsibilities using tact, discretion and sensitivity.
- Promote Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust values and vision.
- Support all Clinical Teams on site as front of house, greeting patients and visitors to the service.
- Provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the admin team, clinicians and managers, including: answering calls on the main switchboard, taking messages, clinic room bookings, stationery orders, overseeing the Attend Anywhere virtual waiting area, data inputting and handling general enquiries.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Well-organised individual who can empathise with service users and handle sensitive enquiries confidentially.
- Excellent customer service skills and previous reception/office experience.
- Computer literate in Word, Excel and electronic mail with excellent accuracy in data input.
- Ability to multi-task, manage and prioritise own workload and work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Positive approach to change, supportive of service improvements, and able to build effective working relationships; approachable and flexible in work approach.
- Standard DBS check required; it will be the postholder’s responsibility to finance this.
