Overview

Full Time Admin Support Receptionist based at Avenue House, Nuneaton. Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with experience of working on a busy reception to join our admin team based at Avenue House, Nuneaton. The role involves providing an effective administrative service across all services in the building to support the clinical functions of the Trust. You will work with colleagues, service users and stakeholders to provide efficient clerical support and ensure a high standard of customer care in all telephone and reception responsibilities.

Main duties
  • Support all Clinical Teams on site by front of house duties, greeting patients and visitors.
  • Provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the admin team, clinicians and managers.
  • Answer calls on the busy main switchboard, take messages, arrange clinic room bookings, manage stationery orders, oversee the Attend Anywhere virtual waiting area, input data and handle general enquiries.
