Overview

Pertemps are excited to share with you a brand new opportunity! Based out of Knaresborough, our client is looking for an Administrator to support their team.

Details
  • Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year (DOE)
  • Other Pay Structures: Bonus scheme (to be confirmed at interview); Performance bonus (to be confirmed at interview); Yearly bonus (to be confirmed at interview)
  • Full Time hours: 35 hours per week
  • Working Hours: 09:00am - 17:00pm
Role and Responsibilities
  • Assist and support front-line clinical sales managers.
  • Support retention and growth of customer accounts through marketing and administrative support for the business and customers to attract more clients.
  • Support the sales and training activity in the field with hundreds of medical aesthetic practices.
  • Help strengthen relationships with existing customers, promote SkinMed protocols, and assist clinics in bringing new clients through their clinics.
  • Document outcomes of calls accurately and succinctly; increase sales; set objectives and activities for future calls.
About the Company

Our client is a medical aesthetics company with 20 years of history, bringing dermatology to aesthetics and maintaining a strong medical and scientific foundation. SkinMed trains and supplies medically proven skin solutions for pigmentation, ageing, hydration, acne, rosacea, skin damage, and more.

Candidate Profile / Qualifications
  • Passion for skin, beauty and delivering blemish-free, smooth, wrinkle-free skin.
  • Professional telephone skills and relationship strategy skills.
  • Knowledge of science, biology and some chemistry is an asset.
  • Good organisational skills; ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures; documentation of marketing messages and outcomes; ability to increase sales; set objectives and activities for future calls.
  • Knowledge/experience in Sales literature production, Posters, Online promotion, and creation of customer social media promotional campaigns is desirable.
  • Experience with Wordpress, Shopify, Microsoft, Zoom is desirable.
Working Arrangements

Part of our client’s flexible working; where possible, remote working may be linked to an office computer and office phone. This is defined as an 'office-based job'.
