Job summary

A prominent public sector service provider in Cardiff seeks a motivated Admin Officer to deliver administrative support. Responsibilities include preparing documents for courts, maintaining records, and managing customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work under pressure. This is a temporary role, fully onsite, with a salary of £12.36 per hour, increasing to £13.25 after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

  • Cardiff, CF24 We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Officer to provide essential administrative support within a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and organise papers and files for courts, hearings, and meetings.

Create, update, and maintain accurate records on internal systems.

Handle incoming and outgoing post.

Draft standard letters, correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Ensure all administration and compliance documents meet quality standards.

Manage telephone enquiries and provide professional customer service.

General office support including photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Provide clerking support, this includes face-to-face interaction with service users.

Liaising with Judges and Legal professionals About You Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Reliable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

A team player with a strong attention to detail.
