A respected Public Sector organisation in Birmingham City Centre is seeking an Administrative Officer for a full-time temporary role. The position involves managing documentation, maintaining case records, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong communication skills, and experience in customer-facing roles. The role requires physical activities, including moving files, and is an onsite position only.
Administrative Officer - Public Sector (Birmingham City Centre)
£12.53 per hour | Full-time | Temporary (with possible extension)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (37 hours per week)
Onsite role - no remote working
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a respected Public Sector organisation based in Birmingham City Centre. We are currently recruiting Administrative Officers to support the delivery of Power of Attorney services.
Successful candidates will be placed in one of several key departments, which include casework, administration, quality assurance, document registration, and contact centre support.
Please note - this role can be very physical. Moving bundles of files between cabinets and different floors etc.
