To support TRU Chief Engineer and wider teams in providing an efficient and effective general administrative and secretarial support service.
Responsibilities include coordinating travel arrangements, booking accommodation and car hire for team members, scheduling meetings, reserving meeting rooms, managing calendars for senior leadership, resolving scheduling conflicts, assisting with onboarding by organising equipment such as PPE, ensuring new joiners have appropriate access to systems, maintaining office supplies and stationary inventory, taking minutes at meetings, updating and maintaining an action tracker, and carrying out administrative tasks as directed.
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills, proficiency in Outlook, Windows, and Excel, excellent time management, high attention to detail, effective verbal and written communication at all organisational levels, ability to work in dynamic fast‑paced teams, adaptability under pressure. No specific booking system experience required; training will be provided.
