The successful candidate will manage data updates in the SAP system, oversee operational device statuses, and prepare various reports. A minimum of one year of experience in F&B operations is required along with excellent Excel and communication skills. This role involves working one Saturday per month from home and offers a dynamic work environment with multiple responsibilities.

  • In charge of data updates in SAP system.

Job description
Responsibilities
  1. In charge of the data updates in SAP system.
  2. Update stall monthly average sales/c shift sales/total avg. vs totaltarget.
  3. Oversee Delivery platform and Nets devices operational status/devicereplacement, company phone CDC.
  4. Adjust delivery prices on platform.
  5. Prepares sales reports, headcount reports and coordinates staff meetings/trainings schedules.
  6. Oversees CCTV, telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
  7. Prepare for meeting and minutes writing.
  8. Maintains office and outlet supplies inventory.
  9. Maintains records, documentation, and files.
  10. Check and verify on staff attendance.
  11. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • MUST have at least 1 year of experience in F&B Operations or F&B Administration.
  • Work day per week with one Saturday work from home.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
