Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update the practice management system.
  • Assist in preparing engagement letters and managing deadlines.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Organise digital and paper filing systems.
  • Provide general office support such as scanning and printing.
  • Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping for clients.
  • Record purchase and sales invoices accurately.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin and Bookkeeping Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in accounting and finance while gaining hands-on experience in an established practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update the practice management system.
  • Assist in preparing engagement letters, filing correspondence, and managing deadlines.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Organise digital and paper filing systems.
  • Provide general office support such as scanning, printing, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping for clients using software such as Xero/ QuickBooks.
  • Record purchase and sales invoices accurately.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash.
