Temporary Staffing Admin Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and motivated individual to join the organisation as an Admin Assistant within the Temporary Staffing Service.

Key responsibilities

  • Show initiative, be highly organised, and communicate effectively.
  • Possess a high level of computer literacy and strong attention to detail, as well as solid numeracy skills.
  • Use a variety of systems to record, process and accurately manage Bank and Agency Worker shift data.
  • Liaise with wards, departments and the Senior Nursing Team to support staffing needs.

Essential qualifications

  • Experience with temporary staffing processes and knowledge of NHS office/administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, communication and customer‑service skills.
