Admin Assistant – Devonshire House & Lodge

We are looking for a part time admin assistant to work at Devonshire House & Lodge in Plymouth – PL6 7JW. The role is two shifts per week (12 hours total), Tuesday and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as point of contact, welcoming visitors, clients and contractors to the building, both over the phone and in person.
  • Answer the phone and take messages.
  • Organise filing systems and archive documents.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
  • Order new office equipment (stationery, printer refills, staff uniforms).
  • Send out emails scheduling office meetings, surveys and other tasks.
  • Respond to questions and information requests.
  • Support the Manager with training oversight and compliance.
  • Handle recruitment administration.
Ideal Candidate

Someone who has experience working with the program Cold Harbou and a willingness to take on extra administrative tasks.
