A leading healthcare provider in Hopton-on-Sea is seeking a Bank Admin Assistant to help deliver quality care and support to residents. As a Bank Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve. In this varied role, we'll need you to answer the phone, handle our files and support our managers. You'll also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents and show prospective clients and their families around so they can see what makes us so different. Across everything you do as an Admin Assistant here, you'll go out of your way to help us create a vibrant, happy environment.
Bank 0 hrs contract to cover annual leave, sickness and gaps in the rota. Rate of pay £14.24ph including holiday pay.
If you have the ability to multi‑task, good computer skills and a confident telephone manner you could be well‑suited to the Admin Assistant role with us. It's also really important that you're a people person you'll take a genuine interest in our residents and their families. As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.
