A reproductive healthcare charity in Twickenham seeks an experienced Admin Assistant to support clients in a busy office environment. This part-time role of 15 hours/week on Tuesdays and Thursdays offers a pro rata salary between £28,050 to £31,074 annually. At BPAS, we're looking for an experienced administrator to come and join our fast paced team in our Richmond Telemed hub. As an Admin Assistant you will be responsible for completing all administrative & client support tasks within the hub, supporting clients through their episode of care.
This role is for 15 hours per week to be worked on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A detailed shift pattern and salary information can be found in the further information section below.
Please note administration experience gained within an office/professional environment is essential for this role.
You will have proven experience of working within an office environment, where you've carried out administration duties. You\'ll be an excellent communicator both internally and externally and will demonstrate a friendly and positive attitude when interacting with clients, colleagues, and external parties.

Salary: £28,050 to £31,074 (£14.98 - £16.60p/h) per annum, pro rata for part time hours (inclusive of OLW)
