A community-based mental health service in Rochdale seeks an administrator to join their #Thrive team. Responsibilities include maintaining patient records and logging referrals. Candidates should hold qualifications to NVQ II level and have experience in a medical setting. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to supporting children and families in the community.
The post holder will work as a member of #Thrive for Heywood, Middleton, Rochdale (HMR) CAMHS, located in the heart of the community in Rochdale.
#Thrive is a dynamic, community-based mental health and emotional wellbeing service supporting children, young people, and families across HMR. We believe in early help, accessible support, and working in partnership with our local communities to improve mental health outcomes for all.
Provide administrative support to the #Thrive Team.o Ensure the provision of support to the administrative lead and the wider #Thrive team which includes processing of referrals,o Log all new referrals onto Paris, allocating these to caseloads when authorised.o Input all new patient demographic data onto the PARIS system.o Maintaining patient health records, ensuring that patient information is up to date and the records are kept in good order, with replacement records generated when the condition requires.

Create and achieve a balance in the workload by prioritising work as necessary and monitoring the situation on a daily basis. Maintain information systems including Paris in accordance with directives from the Clinical Lead / Operational Coordinator. To support the booking system, ensuring all appointments and client information is recorded on Paris. To report any potential problems to the #Thrive Team Leader
