The successful candidate will coordinate recruitment and assist apprentices throughout their journey. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential. The Admin Assistant at National Grid plays a crucial role in supporting the apprenticeship programmes. This position involves coordinating various aspects of the apprenticeship lifecycle from recruitment to completion, including pastoral support and ensuring a seamless learning experience. This role is essential to provide a supportive environment for apprentices/grads at National Grid, contributing to their professional development and overall success of the apprenticeship programme.
This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work from the Eakring Training Centre at least 5 days a week during the recruitment period. We're happy to discuss any additional flexibility in working patterns or requirements that you feel could help to make this job work for you!
Salary of £38,326 dependent on experience.
