This permanent role involves supporting the Sexual Health Service, assisting vulnerable populations, and managing various administrative tasks while ensuring confidentiality. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join the outreach element of Sexual Health Service across Kirklees and Bradford working in a busy and varied role.
The post holder will be an enthusiastic and confident individual with experience in all administration duties including minute taking at multi-team disciplinary meetings, registering patients and updating records on the clinical electronic record (SystmOne), ordering stock through the Organisations EPROC system and general administration support for both teams.
Sexual health outreach colleagues support the most vulnerable population groups across Kirklees and Bradford, this includes those effected by domestic abuse, those involved in the sex industry, men who have sex with men, young people and adults who are exploited and those affected by sexual assault. The post holder will work closely with these colleagues and will have access to the patients and information.
Confidentiality is key to this role; therefore, discretion and privacy of all patients and their information must always be protected as identified in Locala policies.
Sexual Health Services are protected by additional confidentiality and data protection laws, and the post holder will receive training and guidance.
