Our client is a Building Maintenance company based in Ongar, Essex.

They are looking for a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join their team.

The Role

You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly - supporting staff, managing paperwork, and ensuring the day‑to‑day operations are handled efficiently.

Experience in the Construction Industry would be an advantage, but training will be given.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering the phone and responding to emails daily
  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Scheduling appointments with tenants and clients
  • Invoicing
  • Typing up quotes
  • Logging Jobs
  • Going on the council portals and securing work
  • Arranging permits for vehicles
