THE EMPLOYER IS: FOYLE FOOT & ANKLE CLINICThe Admin Assistant will support day-to-day administrative and front-of-house tasks within the clinic. Duties include managing appointment bookings, handling patient communications, maintaining records and filing systems, assisting with data entry and reporting, operating the till system, and processing payments including cash handling. The role offers experience in a busy healthcare environment, with opportunities to develop skills in customer service, digital systems, and financial transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage appointment bookings and scheduling for patients.
  • Handle patient communications via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain accurate records and organise filing systems.
  • Assist with data entry and generate basic reports as required.
  • Operate the till system and process payments, including cash handling.
  • Support front-of-house duties to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to keep workflows smooth and efficient.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies and confidentiality standards.
