Job description

We are Kyocera AVX, part of the global Kyocera company - our plant has been operating in Coleraine for over 45 years manufacturing ceramic capacitors for the global Automotive and Aerospace sectors . We are one team and look for people to join us who enjoy working together to deliver great results. We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to support our Process Engineering group.The role will involve working with a team of Process Engineers who provide technical support to our manufacturing processes to deliver excellent product quality. The job is varied and will cover a wide range of administration tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Creating and maintaining daily and weekly performance trackers for engineering groups using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other office applications
  • Help with data analysis and data presentation
  • Assisting Engineers with Technical Documents, reports and process specifications.
  • Maintaining document control systems for various projects.
  • Support the team with external audit preparation, including following up on outstanding actions
  • Attend meetings, and update and follow up on action reports.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Educated to A level standard or equivalent
  • Previous Experience in an administration role
  • Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical, with a logical approach to solving problems
  • Adaptable and resilient with a collaborative attitude

The hours of work for this position are 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 3.30pm on a Friday.
