Admin Assistant Property Support

Location: Chesterfield Hours: 40 per week Salary: £28,000

Peak Pharmacy is strengthening how we manage our buildings, maintenance, and compliance and were looking for an organised, proactive Admin Assistant to help build our new property admin function.

If you enjoy creating order, coordinating tasks, and being the person who keeps things moving, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to property queries.
  • Log maintenance requests and track jobs to completion.
  • Liaise with contractors to arrange quotes and schedule works.
  • Upload and maintain compliance documents and certificates.
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and support basic budget tracking.
  • Keep clear communication flowing between branches, suppliers, and internal teams.
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong administrative experience in a busy environment.

  • Confident Microsoft Office skills.
