About the Admin Assistant Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvyAdmin Assistantto join our team. This is not your typical admin role — it combines traditional administrative duties with hands‑on support in assembly, quality checking, and data coordination across multiple software platforms.

Key Responsibilities of theAdmin Assistant
  • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and record keeping.
  • Support lightassembly workand assist withquality checkingof components.
  • Work across multiple software systems to ensure data consistency — identifying and resolving discrepancies between MRP systems, software platforms, and physical components.
  • Monitor and manage multiple tabs and data sources simultaneously, ensuring that records are aligned and accurate.
  • Investigate mismatches (e.g., MRP system shows green, software shows red) and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Maintain and update records usingGoogle Documentsand other internal tools.
  • Ensure that products and data correspond correctly across systems and physical inventory.
What We’re Looking For in anAdmin Assistant
