We are also the designated duty holder of the associated 32" FUKA and 30" SIRGE pipelines which supply the St. Fergus Gas Terminal. px Group has full accountability for the safe, efficient and compliant operation of both assets.

The Opportunity

We are now recruiting for an Admin Assistant. The primary function of the role is to provide secretarial support to the maintenance department. Supporting the role of the Maintenance Delivery Manager.

You’ll be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Maintenance Management with Invoice management.
  • Check information received against Q4 and relevant contract.
  • Check correct hours and rates have been charged.
  • Ensure any personal details are treated with confidence in line with GDPR.
  • Query anomalies with contract rep.
  • Management of site PPE stock, and further PPE orders as required.
  • Managing authorisation records and issue of status reports.
  • Collation, editing and proofing activities associated with site monthly reports.
  • General Office support including ordering office supplies, coordinating general service / maintenance of office & Gym equipment.
  • Ensure current Certificate of Employers Liability Insurance has been received from all contract companies, display file on notice board.
  • Supporting operations team with orders of tooling, Nitrogen and Diesel.
  • On call member of the Emergency Response team carrying out the role of Event Logger / Admin Role in the event of an incident.
Minimum Requirements
  • Proficiency in Office Software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, high level of attention to detail.
