Job summary

Academics Agency is seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers and Teaching Assistants to join our growing supply team across Brighton, Eastbourne, Mid Sussex and surrounding areas.

We offer flexible ad-hoc work including daily supply, short-term and longer-term bookings, with local school opportunities and dedicated consultant support. Salary will be determined by client pay policy and candidate qualifications.

Qualifications

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) including ECTs.
• Experienced primary teaching assistants.
• Level 2/3 TAs or graduates with relevant experience.
• SEN experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supply and short-term cover.
• Offer general classroom support across key stages.
• Deliver 1:1 and small-group support.
• Support SEN students where needed.
