About The Role

We are offering an exciting development opportunity for a qualified nurse to progress towards becoming a ADHD Non-Medical Prescriber and (V300). You will follow a tailored programme designed to support your professional growth, which includes:

  • Supervision from an experienced ADHD Non-Medical Prescriber.
  • Support to complete NMP training (application expected within the next academic intake after joining Psicon).
  • Development in physical health assessment for children, young people, and adults.
Person Specification
  • Must be Registered Nurse with the NMC registration.
  • At least 3 years of relevant post qualification clinical experience as RMN or RNLD.
  • Must have at least 3 years experience of working in a neurodevelopmental service, with specific ADHD experience.
  • Experience of assessing adults and/or children for ADHD.
  • Availability to attend our Canterbury based clinic at least 40% of working time during the NMP training period and for one year post-qualification to ensure supervision and confidence in prescribing.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a recruitment event at Psicon as part of the selection process.
