• Manage caseload and analyze complex information to plan assessment and treatment for CYP with ADHD and co-morbid mental health/neuropsychiatric issues.
• Provide specialist advice to the team on ADHD management and related care.
• Provide training in ADHD assessment and interventions to CAMHS and partners.
• Liaise with medical colleagues, partner agencies and adult mental health professionals.
• Work autonomously within clinical guidelines.
• Contribute to policy, service development, research, audits and training.
• Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with medical colleagues to deliver timely treatment.
• Actively prescribe for service-users once registered to professional and Trust registers.
• Manage a defined caseload for non-medical prescribing.
• Conduct treatment reviews to support concordance with prescribed medicines.
• Access CPD opportunities for NMP via supervision groups and workshops.
• Participate in research and audits on non-medical prescribing.
