  • Forecast the team’s long‑term resource demand and supply. Action any imbalances.
  • Developing relationships with a selection of quality sub‑contractors, managing their site works and providing timely feedback.
  • Draw up a consolidated ongoing Project Plan to identify the resources, materials, plant, procedures, costs and timeframes.

  • Identify and manage variations to scope, including supporting client agreement and internal approvals.
  • Support the planning and execution of corrective works following major plant or equipment failures, once scope, priorities, and approvals have been confirmed by Operations.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, DNOs, and specialist contractors where required to support project delivery.

    • Ensure appropriate testing, commissioning and documentation is produced, including updating of CDM Health & Safety file
    • Organise handover to incumbent O&M contractor, including sub‑contractor defect procedures.
  • Coordinate with and provide relevant support to Solar and Battery Storage Project work.
  • Identify resources within BELECTRIC that can be deployed on the Project Plan (e.g. LVAPs, SAPs).
