An educational support organization seeks a remote Additional Learning Support Coach to mentor and inspire neuro-diverse learners. This role requires providing exceptional support and ensuring learners with difficulties receive tailored assistance. Applicants should hold minimum Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths, with a strong background in delivering learning support and teaching functional skills. Salary: up to £29,000 dependent on experience
Hours: 36.5 hours a week (Monday - Friday)
We are looking for an energised, passionate and experienced experts to join us as a remote based Additional Learning Support Coach. In this role you will support, mentor and coach neuro-diverse learners on a remote basis by encouraging and inspiring them to complete their planned learning and development tasks throughout their learning journey.
You will lead on the company’s use of Cognassist and will ensure that all learners identified with a learning difficulty or disability (LDD) have bespoke support and reasonable adjustments in place to enable them to succeed. You will use your expertise to support both the tutors and employers in terms of support strategies, exam access arrangements and differentiation and will provide 1 : 1 support for identified learners where necessary.
