Job summary

Uk Addiction Treatment Centres in Banbury Lodge is seeking an Addiction Therapist to join The UK's leading Alcohol & Drug Rehab provider. This role offers structured development and the chance to make a real difference in clients' lives.

You will contribute to assessments, deliver group and one-to-one therapy, and work with probation and health staff to support detoxification and recovery. The team values empathy, accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Level 4+ Counselling qualification or equivalent.
• Professional membership of BACP/NCPS.
• Minimum of one year direct client work experience.
• Experience delivering group therapy.
• Ability to develop and deliver therapeutic programmes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client assessments within timescales.
• Deliver therapeutic support through group work and 1:1 sessions.
• Review client progress with probation and health workers.
• Counsel individuals about substance use.
• Address substance use and offending behaviour.
• Maintain attendance records and group programme participation.
• Supervise and develop treatment activities to support detoxification.
• Maintain accurate administration and case records.
• Safeguard clients and follow safeguarding procedures.
• Develop treatment programme to suit client needs.
