Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Follow existing lesson plans and school expectations
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different pupils
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
• Complete appropriate classroom and safeguarding responsibilities
• Provide feedback to school staff where required
• Be flexible and confident when working across different year groups
