Job summary

In an acute hospital setting you will assess and treat patients, manage inpatient caseloads, and support safe discharge planning while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• NHS experience preferred.
• Experience with acute inpatient caseloads is desirable.
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities are needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients within an acute hospital environment, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
• Manage acute Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy caseloads.
• Complete functional assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Support discharge planning and patient flow.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to promote collaboration.
• Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation interventions to maximise outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Participate in ward-based patient management and reviews.
