Job summary

Your World Healthcare UK is seeking a Locum Physiotherapist in Torquay with strong experience in Acute Stroke and Neuro rehabilitation. The post is an initial 12-week contract with potential for extension, with an hourly rate of £22–£24 all inclusive.

Start within 2 weeks and commit to at least 3 months. Travel, accommodation support and fast-track registration are available to help you start sooner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months NHS experience in Stroke and Neuro Rehabilitation.
• Physiotherapy degree (MSc or BSc) and HCPC registration.
• Availability to start within 2 weeks and commit to at least 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute stroke and neuro rehabilitation physiotherapy to patients in a clinical setting.
• Evaluate, plan and implement patient-centred treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize recovery.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6-12 months of NHS experience within Stroke and Neuro Rehabilitation, ideally in an acute setting; strong candidates with community neuro experience may also be considered
• A Physiotherapy degree (MSc or BSc) and current HCPC registration
• Availability to start within 2 weeks of confirmation and commitment to a minimum of 3 months
