Cleveland Clinic London is recruiting a Staff Nurse to join our Acute Admissions Unit. You will provide direct nursing care, triage, and coordinate timely interventions for patients with acute medical or surgical conditions.

This role requires a Nursing Bachelor’s Degree, current NMC registration without restrictions, and demonstrable clinical/leadership experience in AAU. The shift pattern includes a 6-week rota with 19 shifts, days and nights, potential overtime, and a salary up to £46,581.47.

Qualifications

• Nursing Bachelor’s Degree (Essential).
• Current nursing registration (NMC) with no restrictions (Essential).
• Demonstrable clinical and leadership experience in AAU (Essential).
• Willingness to undertake relevant post-reg courses (Essential).
• ILS provider course completed (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care to patients in the Acute Admissions Unit per policies and protocols.
• Triage and prioritise nursing care; recognise deterioration and escalate as needed.
• Evaluates and updates care plans to achieve outcomes.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Carry out additional duties delegated by the senior team.
