  • Experience with Acturis data migration is preferable.
  • Must have excellent telephone manner.

Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Acturis Operations Analyst here at the Jensten Group. Reporting to the Acturis Operation Manager, the main purpose of the role is to assist customers with their Broking System needs and requirements, ensuring all incidents and requests are logged while staying within SLA's. We're ideally looking for someone located in the North West or London / South East area— but will consider remote working for the right person.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for Broking applications
  • Prioritise and manage own workload effectively, managing several open incidents, problems, and mini projects simultaneously
  • Document template builds
  • Work with the Acturis System Support team to build up knowledge base to improve overall team knowledge
  • Work with internal stakeholders to drive efficiency through adoption of new Acturis functionality
  • Support and/or lead data migrations from Acturis and non-Acturis applications

As our Acturis Operations Analyst, you'll have good technical Acturis knowledge – having a keen eye for detail and be well‑organised. You'll be a problem solver, able to explain complex information into simple terms. You will also have:
