Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst in insurance.
• Experience in project oversight and customer-facing roles.
• Ability to create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD).

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and create BRDs.
• Translate BRDs into functional specifications.
• Create specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functional Testing.
