A leading risk advisory firm in London seeks an experienced actuary to lead client casework, manage complex reinsurance programmes, and contribute to model development. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background and is proficient in actuarial software tools like Python, R, and SQL. The Marine, Energy, and Engineering Analytics team currently comprises eleven actuaries and two catastrophe modellers in London, along with three additional catastrophe modellers in Mumbai. We are a truly global team serving large multinational clients, regularly collaborating with our broking and analytical colleagues across the US and Asia. There is ample opportunity to add real value to our clients and plenty of room for creativity. Our team is collaborative and innovative, having naturally grown over the years with colleagues joining from other teams within the company. The team maintains a significant client and market‑facing presence, and team members are expected to support this by presenting and pitching to prospective clients. While based in London, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to become a key part of a team with a global reach and remit.
