Job summary

WTW is offering a graduate actuarial programme within its Retirement team in the UK. You will work with leading pension schemes on Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution, supported by exams, a mentor, and a comprehensive study package to help you become a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

You'll gain exposure to valuation work, risk-reduction projects, and scheme design, while learning from interdisciplinary teams and receiving a structured development plan and flexible study

Qualifications

• Numerate degree with strong analytical skills.
• Strong numerical analysis ability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support with Defined Benefit schemes and other schemes on valuation work.
• Contribute to risk-reduction and scheme design projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide joined-up advice.
• Build technical and consulting skills through structured learning and mentoring.
• Communicate results clearly to colleagues and clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and services.
