Job summary

WTW in London is seeking an actuarial professional pursuing FIA/FFA qualification to join our SRC team, delivering model-based insurance optimisation and captive advisory services for diverse corporate clients.

You will lead client engagements, develop opportunities, and support growth across regions, combining advanced modelling with clear communication and strong commercial awareness. Hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

Pursuing FIA/FFA or equivalent qualification with demonstrable experience within the general insurance market.
Advanced computer modelling skills including MS Office.
Proficiency in one of R/R Shiny, Python, Power BI, RADAR, Igloo and ResQ.
Experience building actuarial loss forecast models for non-life insurance risks.
Capital Modelling, Reserving and Solvency II experience desirable.
Strong client-facing communication and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements and act as a primary/secondary contact for key relationships.
Identify, develop and deliver client opportunities and projects.
Take ownership of project delivery and review technical deliverables.
Support growth through proposals, RFP responses, and cross-selling opportunities.
