A healthcare provider in Tandridge is seeking an Activity Coordinator to enhance residents' lives at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home. The role involves planning activities, organizing outings, and supporting residents in participation. Candidates must have care experience and be able to work weekends. Tupwood Gateis a Nursing Home located in the quiet residential town of Caterham in Surrey, providing outcome-focused care for adults who may be physically frail, with a diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Tupwood Gate provides short stay or longer-term care, offering award-winning end of life care.
You will be working 37.5 hours a week, on a rota basis (including weekends) and must be able to drive.
Please note: A Driving license is required for this role. For Insurance purposes, applicants must be 21 years of age or over and have held a full UK driving license for at least 2 years.
