Avante Care & Support’s Barnes Lodge Care Home in Tonbridge is seeking an Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator to bring energy, joy and purpose to residents through engaging activities.

You’ll plan and deliver creative, meaningful programs, organise music, games, gardening and outings, and build strong relationships with residents, families and staff. A positive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in activities or care settings preferred.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is a bonus.

Responsibilities

What You Bring

• Tailor experiences to each individual’s interests and abilities
• A positive, can-do attitude
• A passion for making people happy
• Creativity and enthusiasm
• Experience in activities (Health & Social Care NVQ Level 2 is a bonus!)
• Driving licence preferred
