A family-run care business in Doncaster is seeking an Activities & Wellbeing Co-Ordinator. This role involves developing engaging activities for residents and providing essential support in a caring environment. Ideal candidates will have good communication skills, a caring attitude, and be flexible with shift work. As the Activities & Wellbeing Co-Ordinator we care for our residents like they are family. Your day-to-day role will be varied, developing meaningful activities, delivering engaging sessions and supporting events and family interaction. You will be responsible for a programme of appropriate, therapeutic and recreational activities that enhance the lives of our residents. If you have previously delivered activities, we’d love to hear from you, but a passion for improving residents’ lives is equally welcome.
