From £12.66 per hour up to £14.98, 40 hours per week based at Bourne View in Poole, Dorset.

Responsibilities

Every day we have a variety of activities on offer to our residents. You would be coordinating activities such as musical events, group singing, acting, games in the garden, minibus trips or quizzes, and incorporating some of your own flare. You will work with the team to support activities within the community, inviting people to coffee mornings, fayres and functions, helping make these events a success. You will see the immediate positive reaction of our residents and the impact of your work.

You’ll work early and late shifts on a rota basis including alternate weekends.

What Were Looking For

Our resident's well-being is of great importance, and sharing smiles and laughter to brighten everyone’s day is key. You need to be a team player with a caring and patient attitude, confident in front of groups and in one-to-one activities. If you have a background in theatre, music, or performance, this is the job for you. The higher rate of pay is applicable where you have a relevant degree of qualification for this position.
